Trett Consulting was founded in 1977 with the aim of providing specialist consultancy services to the construction and engineering industries.

Today we operate worldwide with offices in four regions: Europe, USA, Middle East and Asia. We provide a wide range of contract and commercial, risk, planning, programme management and scheduling services, as well as dispute resolution for which we are renowned as a leader.

We provide expert advice and support focused on improving our clients’ commercial position and performance by delivering sound and innovative solutions to complex problems.  Our clients extend to almost every sector of the construction and engineering industries and our services are used at all stages of a project from inception through to completion and operation.

Trett’s consultants are construction professionals from a mixture of disciplines and backgrounds. The members of our team have many years of experience working as quantity surveyors, planners and schedulers, project managers, and engineers.  Many have undertaken further training in construction law, business management, arbitration, adjudication and mediation practice, and also possess other post-graduate qualifications. This level of experience and dual or multi-qualification enables us to provide advice and support which bridges the gap between traditional roles.
 
At Trett Consulting, we are proud of our excellent reputation for providing expert witness services in quantum, delay and technical disputes. Our senior consultants have years of experience acting as expert and many have given oral testimony. We are corporate and individual members of the Academy of Experts.
