Garth is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience, predominantly in Asia, in the Cost and Contract Management of numerous Construction Projects. He has an excellent working knowledge of the Main Forms of Building and Civil Engineering Contracts used in Singapore & Malaysia and also the FIDIC International form of Contract through working on projects in India, Thailand and Indonesia.
Garth has experience of presenting, debating and negotiating a range of claim issues at Mediation and in the preparation of witness statements and giving of evidence in Arbitration hearings.
