Graham is a quantity surveyor with extensive commercial and operational experience in the construction industry. He has operated as Regional Managing Director for a major civil engineering contractor in both in public and private sector work. Involvement in the whole-life cycle of projects from conception to completion has seen Graham develop and deliver commercial solutions including preconstruction strategies and both dispute avoidance and resolution. Specialist experience in major projects and frameworks procured through ECI, PFI and traditional routes is combined with skills in negotiation, contractual and legal awareness, risk/value management, and cost planning.
He has made presentations to the industry on Early Contractor Involvement and Programme Budgetary Management and Control.
