Leslie is a chartered quantity surveyor with 25 years construction industry experience working in quantity surveying, commercial management and dispute resolution on a wide range of projects in the UK, Europe and south east Asia. He has prepared and defended claims and provided arbitration, adjudication and litigation support to instructing solicitors and has acted on several occasions as an expert witness on time and quantum related issues.
Leslie has worked closely with major contractors, developers, operators, specialist sub-contractors and various client companies on a wide variety of projects, including power stations, port works, industrial facilities, railway infrastructure works, high-rise commercial and residential developments, water treatment facilities, educational facilities, Oil & Gas and sub-sea mining.
Leslie has a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Bath and is also a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), the Institute of Chartered Civil Engineering Surveyors (MCInstCES) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).
