After earning my CeMAP and CeRER and working as a mortgage adviser for a few years, I realised that the industry could use some improvement, specifically with customer journeys and compliance. I knew the best way to protect customers more effectively was to build better infrastructure and systems. This is a vision my close friend and fellow mortgage broker, John Tarazi, shared, so we launched a mortgage brokerage together with this as a core value.
